Results Case 1. Blood and bone marrow samples cultivated for 48 hours without phytohemagglutinin (PHA) showed a modal chromosome number of 46 and 100% Ph'(+) cells. Eight cells out of 106 had 47chromosomes, including two Ph'chromosomes (Table 3).
